Please remember that a 24-hour notice of cancellation is appreciated when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We will do our best to fill all cancelled appointments. However, if we are unable to do so, 50% of the total service amount will be charged to those who do not give the appropriate notice. We appreciate your understanding!

Your stylists at Tonic Salon make every effort to not keep you waiting, so please try especially hard to arrive for your appointment on time. When you run late, we run late on our next person and so forth. Should you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your individual stylist may use their discretion as to how they proceed. You may be asked to skip a blow dry, or other scheduled service, or to reschedule. Please do not be offended. This is simply to keep our days running as smoothly as possible... and yours too.
PLEASE make other arrangements for your children (10 and under) during your salon visit. This is for your child's safety and your stylist's sanity. Our shears are sharp enough to remove the tip of a finger and our styling tools could easily cause a 2nd or even 3rd degree burn. When your stylist is having to focus on whether or not your child is getting into things that may harm them, they are not able to give you and your hair the 100% attention that you deserve.
